Chelsea Music Festival Records began in 2019 to amplify music by artists and composers affiliated with the Chelsea Music Festival.

The record label furthers the mission of Chelsea Music Festival in the pursuit of new perspectives and artistic expressions and gives emerging voices, particularly those of women and people of color, a stage. Albums showcase World Premieres and Festival commissions, jazz, percussion, classical chamber, and vocal music.

Together with the core Chelsea Music Festival team, we are working to build a community to support a new generation of musicians, composers, and artists. Each year, our label focuses on one or two full album releases– featuring both studio and live recordings of classical and jazz from Chelsea Music Festival musicians.
