This evening, Chef Hinnerk von Bargen and Ming von Bargen (who together have founded the popular San Antonio restaurant group Ming’s) present selections from Hinnerk’s recent book Street Foods, which celebrates a medley of global cuisines, alongside stories behind the shared dishes and cultures.
